 To make Hot and Sour Chicken Corn Soup, first prepare the yachni. For this add 2 tablespoons of oil and garlic ginger paste in a pressure cooker and fry a little. Then add chicken and fry for a while. Add a tablespoon of salt, black pepper and a peeled onion to it. Now add one and a half liter of water and close the lid of the pressure cooker. After the whistle, wait for 5 minutes and then switch off the stove. Yakhni will be ready when the chicken is well cooked. Remove the chicken from the freezer and discard the bones, then shred the chicken with your hands.
